The Ocean Club community is Diamante’s newest development and the first multi-unit beachfront development on property. The Ocean Club will feature 119 shared ownership units and 59 whole ownership units for a total of 178 two, three and four bedroom residences.
The Ocean Club will feature a host of amenities including expansive pools with swim up bars, restaurants, a fitness center, spa, kid’s club, retail shopping, and lobby/lounge areas. The cornerstone of the Ocean Club project will be Diamante’s signature first-class service.

Underground Parking
Each whole ownership unit will come with one underground parking spot, private golf cart parking, and access to guest parking, as well as an underground storage locker. Additional parking will be available at the Ocean Club lobby entrance in future phases.
